Venezuelan singer/songwriter Norka, presently preparing to close out a successful promotional tour in Venezuela, will share the stage with worldwide Latin superstars, Prince Royce, Tito El Bambino and Natalia Jimenez on September 14, at the very prestigious Barquisimeto Festival 2012. This is the perfect ending in a series of profile-raising appearances.
In the most recent event that took place at the Hard Rock Café in Caracas, Norka found herself on the perfect stage to flaunt her natural talent and distinctive sound in front of high industry profile attendees and special guests. The star more than won over her listeners, she convinced the crowd of her cross-over potential to launch high in the United States, as well as in the rest of the continent.
Already creating a buzz in the American radio and securing the 11th spot on the Billboard Dance/Club division of Billboard Magazine, Norka’s single “Milagro” feat. El Cata is destined for infinite success. Norka infuses a mixture of dance, pop, tropical rhythms such as salsa and baladas in her debut compilation, ultimately creating a new genre of her own.
The beautiful Latin singer is preparing for much bigger opportunities on a larger platform, here in the States. With already obtaining a nomination in 2012 Premio Lo Nuestro for Best Female Pop Artist of the Year for her song “Como Lo Haces Tu” landing in a category full of other famous names such as Gloria Trevi, Natalia Jimenez and Shakira, Norka is surely on the rise to become a very prominent voice in this ferocious Latin music industry.
