Rae Serrano’s new band L.I.F.E. (Love Is For Eternity) is about to make its debut at MexiCali Live in Teaneck, NJ (at the July 24th Metro Art Expo). L.I.F.E. is an eclectic band with influences ranging from jazz, pop and rock music… but the Latin rhythms rooted in the Clave stand out.

The band's keyboardist and main composer, Rae Serrano, has an impressive history. He earned a Gold Record for his work on "Beat Street"; he has worked with Afrika Baambaata, and Willie Colon among others and enjoyed success with the Latin Freestyle group, Amoretto (which had a hit dance single in the 80's called "Clave Rocks" and performed at Madison Square Garden).

The Metro Art Expo is an indoor festival with a focus on World Music. Artists from the NYC/NJ Metro Area will have their sculptures and paintings on display at the event.
