RKM & Ken-Y - The Royalty - La Realeza
Posted by: Richard Chiriboga Posted: 09-09-2008Well it's Tuesday which means the release of RKM & Ken-Y's new album The Royalty / La Realeza and it also means that we can finally make a review of this album, well after the release of the album there's been alot of arguments from alot people including Real Talk's own Real Talk owner and Cristian in a debate on whether the album is good or not, well I'm here to give a neutral response to the album, I think the album is good but it doesn't get close to the success of what The Masterpiece was which was a masterpiece, The only good songs on the album were the ones that leaked before the album's release which are the ones we're going to be giving you to listen to there are a few other ones that are good also but there is alot of other songs that simply didn't impress and are just fill ins on the album which is disapointing because RKM & Ken-Y were known to make big hits like when they first started and were introduced in Nicky Jam's classic album Vida Escante in 2004 which they made 2 big hits that are still heard today and from there they kept making songs for Various Artists productions until' The Masterpiece album that they just exploded and within months they were #1 in Billboards and headlined alot of shows in their tour around South America and then their special edition album didn't disapoint either with hits like Lloraras and Yo Te Motive but unfortunally now is a different story but I think they might still do good with singles like Te Regalo Amores and Tuve Un Sueno with Plan B and their album might still sell good but fans might be dissapointed when they buy and listen to the album in anyway if you're a longtime fan of RKM & Ken-Y go and buy the album depending what's your flavor you might like album but cannot deny that is not as good as The Masterpiece, RKM & Ken-Y's attempt to make The Royalty like The Masterpiece unfortunally failed :( I give the album a 7/10! and as for Erre XI, they beat The Royalty really bad! Unbelieveable but true but oh well here are 5 promo tracks to the album and trust me these are the best ones in the album, You might find 1 or 2 more songs that are good in the album but that's about it!
