His music video clip is being released; he gets three Grammy nominations, and celebrates his birthday.

The popular Puerto Rican salsa artist Victor Manuelle has currently three reasons to celebrate: he got three 2006 Latin Grammy nominations in the same week that his video for the song "Maldita suerte" was released.

As if that weren't enough, Manuelle will also premiere a new web portal on his birthday, seizing the great timing with the release of "Maldita suerte."

This video was filmed in Mexico City and featured the duo Sin Bandera in a ballad version.

Weeks ago, Manuelle got together with the vallento singer Jorge Celedon to record the video for "Todo no puedo llamarse amor" at tourist sites in the city of Cartagena, Colombia. The two artists sing together in the song.

The song, which is part of Celedon's fifth album with Jimmy Zambrano, "Son para el mundo," is currently at the top of charts in his native Colombia, the United States, Panama, Venezuela and Puerto Rico.

The album "Son para el mundo" will receive wide promotion in the United States starting on October 14: Celedon and Zambrano will travel there to meet with more than one hundred Latino journalists.

Weeks ago, Manuelle gave a successful performance in Mexico city, promoting his most recent production, "Decision Unanime."

With a fresh face and huge smile, Victor Manuelle made his way through the multitude waiting for him to start his show, scheduled for one in the morning.

The artist got all his Mexican fans dancing along to the rhythms of "Decision Unanime," a very versatile album that is considered one of his more innovative productions.

While Victor Manuelle sang his hits, fans enjoyed the event dancing, singing and taking pictures. At times, the Puerto Rican artist even let his fans sing the songs a capella.

"Decision Unanime" is Victor Manuelle's own production bringing together salsa and reggaeton stars like Eddie Palmieri, Don Omar, Yomo and El Father, Tito Allen, Adalberto Santiago and Cheo Feliciano, among many others.
