The Perfect Pear

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Tequila Don Julio Blanco
1 oz Pear Puree
3/4 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Thai Chili
Preparation:
Muddle one Thai Chili in a cocktail shaker with simple syrup. Combine all ingredients in the shaker with ice and shake well. Double strain into a Coupe glass with a citrus salted rim and garnish with a Thai Chili.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Tequila Don Julio Reposado
1/4 oz Genepy des Alpes
3/4 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
1/2 oz Fresh Squeezed Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Basil Ginger Syrup
1/4 oz Spiced Beet Juice
Mint Sprig for Garnish
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass and garnish with mint sprig.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Tequila Don Julio Blanco
3/4 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
3/4 oz Toasted Szechuan Peppercorn Agave
Sumac Salt, Lime Wheel and Szechuan Peppercorn for Garnish
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain over fresh ice into a Double Old Fashioned glass with a Sumac salt rim. Garnish with a lime wheel topped with Szechuan peppercorn.
