The internationally popular Cuban duo, Gente de Zonaand Latin icon Marc Anthony premiered last night the salsa version of their lastest hit Traidora” on Univision’s award show, Premio Lo Nuestro. The spectacular performance brought the audience to their feet from the moment the duo took the stage with Anthony. The new version, produced by Sergio George, dropped today on Itunes and is the follow up single to their major hit “La Gozadera”.
“La Gozadera” which was nominated for video of the year also garnered Gente de Zona a nomination for tropical group or duo of the year. “La Gozadera” reached #1 in sales in 15 Latin-American countries which led the group to win, two Latin American Music Awards last October for Best group or urban duo and favorite tropical song.
The music video for “Traidora” was released in January 22, 2016 on VEVO and has more than six million views. The video was filmed in Miami and was directed by Alejandro Pérez who also directed the group’s videos for “Bailando” and “La Gozadera.
