Fronted by the distinctively strong voice of “La Marisoul”, the often irreverent, but always artistically serious band is composed of accordionist and requintero José “Pepe” Carlos, bass player Alex Bendaña and percussionist Miguel “Oso” Ramirez. Their new album “Someday New” is a bilingual album featuring an eclectic style that combines different rhythms and genres. From Norteño and Bossa Nova to Soul and Rock, the album’s rich and diverse mix offers a broad experience that will please all kinds of music listeners.
