MIAMI, FL – March 5, 2015 – (HISPANICIZE WRE) – Radio and TV personality Karli Henriquez will serve as master of ceremony for the first annual TECLA Awards taking place on Monday March 16th during Hispanicize 2015 week. The first annual Tecla Awards will showcase the impressive work that Latino digital influencers, bloggers, journalists, brands and agencies are executing in the digital multicultural space.
“Karli embodies what a TECLA award winner should be—not only is she a talented and influential Latina, but she also has a brilliant knack for social media and technology and has thousands of followers on social media herself. We couldn’t think of a better person to host an award show that recognizes the best Latinos in the digital space,†said Piera Jolly, Co-CEO of Latina Mom Bloggers and Co-Chair of the Tecla Awards.
Los Angeles based Karli began her career at Clear Channel Communications’ radio station, KIIS FM. Her talent alongside her exuberant personality landed her an on-air position.
