Everyone’s favorite pointy-eared “alien” from the Star Trek has passed away. His wife told the New York times that Leonard Nimoy died from end-stage chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
Nimoy who was best known for his work as Spock on Star Trek began his career in 1951 as a small time actor doing b movies and small roles until landing the Spock role. A role that will forever immortalize him in the hearts of many.
Leonard Nimoy is survived by his wife, two children, a step-son, a brother, six grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
