16 year-old singer-songwriter Quinn Mills will be making his New York City debut on March 8th at Sidewalk Cafe (94 Avenue A, between E 6th and E 7th) at 9:00PM.
Quinn is no stranger to the Big Apple this trip is much different than his past visits. “I’ve been to New York City before to do some recording but I have never been sight-seeing. I’m really excited to see the Statue of Liberty.” Besides seeing the sights, Quinn is fulfilling a lifelong dream. I have always wanted to play in New York City so I am so excited to have this opportunity!”
Quinn, a Ontario native, has a broad range, from catchy pop melodies to brilliant guitar riffs. Most impressively, Quinn writes his own music, “I’m like a one man band with a loop station.” He also enjoys playing covers of all sorts of music ranging from David Bowie to Justin Bieber.
Quinn is new to performing stateside but he is no stranger to the stage, performing since the early age of 10. By the age of 14, Mills released his first solo EP, “Something Real.” Mills is now being managed by MP Music House and is finishing his new EP, including his single, Wife Material, to be released later this spring.
