Los Reyes De La Salsa Llevaron Al Publico De Nueva York De Regreso A Los 90s - 2The biggest names in salsa music came together for “Lo Mejor De Los 90’s” at the Barclays Center in New York this past Saturday, June 8th. Over 10,000 people were in attendance to see the great salsa such as Tito Nieves, Jerry Rivera, Eddie Santiago, Tito Rojas, Frankie Negrón, Lalo Rodríguez, Ray Sepulveda, Huey Dunbar, Johnny Rivera, Tony Vega, and the undisputed queen of salsa, La India.

The unforgettable and nostalgic concert was a mix of emotions for viewers. The audience’s patriotism towards the genre of salsa music and their joy as they sang every song letter by letter was moving.

Yankees pitcher Ivan Nova made a surprise visit to greet the audience and Alex Matos also appeared for a last minute surprise performance.

The concert lasted four hours and counted with the generous participation of Goya and El Vocero newspaper. The 15 artists took the audience back to the 90’s with unforgettable Billboard hits like Jerry Rivera “Amores Como el Nuestro”, Tito Nieves “Enamórate”, “Sonámbulo”, “I Like It Like That”, Lalo Rodríguez “Devorame“, Eddie Santiago “Locura Enamorarme De Ti”, Tito Rojas “Señora de Madrugada”, La India “Ese Hombre”, Frankie Negrón “Comer A Besos”, Huey Dunbar “Quiero a Morir”, Tony Vega “Aparentemente”, Johnny Rivera “Cuando Parara La Lluvia” ! y Ray Sepulveda “No Vale La Pena”.
