LBI Media, Inc. and its Estrella TV Network have established a solid reputation in providing unique, innovative programming targeting Hispanics living in the U.S. At least 75% of the network’s Spanish language content is produced by an overwhelming Latino workforce at its Burbank, California television studios. Recently, a Nielsen ratings report confirmed a ratings increase of 20% year over year from Q3 2015 to same period in 2016 among Hispanic millennials in the U.S., making Estrella TV the only Spanish language television network in the country that experienced growth during this period.
The “Top Content Provider To Hispanic Audiences” award recognizes content marketing firms, content studios, video production studios and newswire firms that target Hispanic audiences in Spanish and/or English, either exclusively, or have substantial amount of Hispanics in their audience. The winner is distinguished by the quality of the content it provides to the targeted audience.
“Portada award winners are determined through a combination of the two most important recognition elements: Peer-to-peer recognition and expert knowledge. Three finalists per category are nominated and voted by Portada’s audited audience of more than 130,000 professionals throughout the Americas. Once the three award finalists per category are determined, our award jury of key brand marketing and agency executives selects the award winners,” stated Marcos Baer, publisher of Portada.
